What is your warranty on purchased products?
There is a lifetime warranty on all cables. If they break, send them back and we will fix them. There is a warranty in regards to defects in our kits, but no warranty if it was damaged by the user during installation. We will repair our hardware products if there is a defect, valid for 1 year. If your gear is damaged while using our product, we cannot be held responsible.
What about installation and application support?
We will happily answer any questions you have about your rig if it involves any of our products. Similarly, we will happily help you get the products that you need to make your rig work the way you want it to. Do not hesitate to email us.
Who supplies your product?
Every product is handmade and made to order.
Will you install wall plates and I/O in my studio?
If you are in the Los Angeles area and have the money, absolutely.
Are custom orders more expensive?
Custom orders are not automatically more expensive. The only reason a custom order would be more expensive is if the components needed and labor involved is more expensive.
Can I visit the Burbank shop to buy products?
Short answer is no. All products are made to order. If you would like to pickup your order to save on shipping costs, please just let us know.
Why aren’t your products ROHS compliant?
Lead free solder (which is a major contender in an ROHS compliant product) is not as robust and reliable as its leaded counterpart. We will only use lead free solder if you request that we do. Put simply, we can’t ship our products to europe unless we use lead free solder. If you’re in europe and want to order, please let us know in the order details.
